Jose (Pepe) Aguilera

Meet the renowned Pepe Aguilera, the owner and heart of this business. Known for his leadership, boundless energy, and deep love for his community, Pepe has made a lasting impact wherever he goes.

Passing the Torch

Pepe & Joseph Aguilera

Joseph, Pepe's oldest child and only son, is currently a manager at Interior Cleaning Specialists. He began working here at just 15 years old and has been following in his father’s footsteps ever since.

One day, this business may be passed down from Pepe to his son, continuing the family legacy. This would ensure that the business remains a true family affair—one that deeply values the bonds of family, a core foundation that has always supported its success.

Pepe purchased this business with a dual purpose: to support his family and to turn his dream of owning a successful company into reality.

Throughout this journey, his wife, Sandra, has been the unwavering foundation that helped make his dream come true. Meanwhile, their children, Joseph and Isabella, are the driving force behind his continued motivation and inspiration, pushing him to build and grow the business year after year.

Our Journey So Far

2001

Start of Interior Cleaning Specialists

This was the year it all began—when Kerry Langiewicz founded the business as a one-man operation, primarily serving neighbors and local residents in the area.

2012

New Owner of Interior Cleaning Specialists LLC

With 11 years of prior experience, the name of Interior Cleaning Specialists LLC became official. Pepe Aguilera bought the business from Kerry and they have been on a constant uproar since then.
